Number One Ladies Detective
My mom recommended The Number One Ladies Detective Agency so I got it on CD to listen while I breastfeed. It was a a nice twist on the classic priviate eye, detective novel. It stars a fat, single, wise and confident woman in Botswana who opens a detective agency with her inheritance after her father dies. It was fun to watch her solve mysteries while learning about African culture and the life of the main character. I rate it an 8 out of 10.
