I read Atonement by Ian McEwan for bookclub. It is the story, told from three different perspectives, about what happens when a 13 year old falsely accuses a family friend of sexual assult. This book was more about language than plot. I also didn't like the whole premise, since the vast majority of sexual abuse goes unreported and those who are brave enough to come forward can be harshly accused of just this senario. I give it a 2 out of 10.
